For my daughters birthday a few years back...before cricut entered my life I created this paper-pieced Abby as the center piece for her Birthday card. She love it and I had a fun time making it. I used vellum for the wings. The wand is a toothpick and embroidery thread. I used two different colored markers for the hair.
